What We Do

Self Management.


When describing the concept of self management to patients most of them balk at the idea.  Doing exercises to heal myself????  But when you put into perspective – most people service their cars more than we service our bodies.  Self management is very simple and I use a very simple rule; do the stuff that helps and don’t do the stuff that makes it worse.

The concept of self management is to educate patients in what to do and what not to do.  But most importantly it gives you, as the patient, strategies on how to overcome your injuries and how to prevent them in day to day situations.  


Self management is the most effective treatment anyone can give, put a little effort in every day and your health, fitness and well being will flourish.
